Released in 2013, The Rise was one of the best independent British films of last year. Capture were commissioned by Molifilms to produced over 15 VFX shots across the feature film, creating explosions, tea spills, and additional rain. Find out all about it in the video breakdown below:

Breakdown of Capture's VFX work on MoliFilms' "The Rise" ("Wasteland" in the US). "My experience with CAPTURE, who completed all our VFX on our film THE RISE, was terrific. We had ambitions for the film, which for the budget level available were optimistic to say the least, we had explosions, green screen, CGI liquids, lights and a whole host of clean up shots, on skin, signage, colour etc. The key to us achieving all of this was CAPTURE'S mission which they choose to accept, they over performed for us on all levels. This was in my opinion due in main to the creativity and passion they bring to their work, alongside their tight and effective project management of the key shot list.
