Co-owner of Capture M J McMahon was invited by the Sarajevo Film Festival in conjunction with the British Council to deliver a case study lecture on how Capture as a British production company strikes a balance between producing commercial work and their own original film projects. Whilst at the festival he was also able to attend official screenings of Cannes Critic’s week nominees Gabriel and the Mountain and Ava. Grayson Perry’s ‘The Vanity of small differences’ exhibit was also being held alongside the festival. Other guest of the festival included Oliver Stone, winner of the Honoary Heart of Sarajevo, and John Cleese.
